Beginning next summah, Bel‑Air seaplane students will have the opportunity to stay at the Splash Pad—our private waterfront cottage reserved exclusively for pilots training with us.

After a day of splashing around with Gerty, return to your own Maine lake retreat. With Wi‑Fi, a full kitchen, grill, fire pit, dock access, water toys, and a neighborhood boat ramp just down the street, the Splash Pad will have everything you need to unwind, enjoy the lake, and listen to the loons.

The Splash Pad isn’t just a place to sleep between training days. It’s a chance to experience the complete Maine seaplane lifestyle—from your first takeoff in the morning to sunset beside the water.

Availability will be limited during Bel‑Air’s 2027 training season and offered exclusively to confirmed students.
